S.W.A.L.K. created with Mark Murphy

A combustible cocktail of intimate stories blown up to cinematic proportions. Outdoor cinetheatre on a big scale – striking live performance, arresting film image and dramatic explosions – S.W.A.L.K. was performed at the Best of British showcase in Utrecht and at the Edinburgh Festival 2006 as part of the British Council’s showcase.

Christmas Tree

Father Christmas and his Elves made mischief with exploding presents, before a 5m Christmas tree burns, spitting fountains, with twirling wheels and baubles of fire. Designed for audiences of up to 2000 in town centre locations, with the audience located a minimum of 10m from the structure.

Burning Bones

A giant firedrawing 30m high, hung from a crane, animated with fireworks, which burns for 10 minutes. Preceded by the entrance of the performers who run through the crowd, with hand held fireworks and firewire costumes which glow in the dark. A spooky soundtrack, perfect for Halloween. Designed for audiences of up to 10,000.

Ship Fireshow

An aquatic spectacular involving Walk the Plank’s theatre ship, often performed as the finale to the ship’s visit, with a specially composed soundtrack, and beautiful fireworks. Seen at Southampton’s Tall Ships Festival, the finale to the Donegal Bay Festival, St Magnus Festival in Orkney, the Highland Festival in Raasay and Oban, Greenwich and Docklands Festival.
