Meet The Family of Phantoms; draped in illuminated, flowing capes these ghosts move as one; like a drifting cloud, gently enveloping audiences as they float mysteriously, appearing and disappearing, in pursuit of the ghost rider on wheels and their accompanying ethereal music.
